A-to-Z Auction House began as a family-owned dream, brought to life by founder Dave Ricketts in the heart of downtown Martinsville, Indiana. When Dave first shared his vision of starting an auction house, his wife, Stephanie, thought it was a bit ambitious. While Dave focused on building the business from the ground up, Stephanie took charge of the administrative side, ensuring the foundation was set for success.
Through unwavering faith, countless blessings, and immense support from family, friends, and their community, A-to-Z Auction House officially opened its doors in September 2010. What started as a small venture has blossomed into a thriving business, celebrating over a decade of success. In 2014, Dave became a licensed auctioneer after attending Reppert Auction School, further enhancing the company’s reputation for professionalism and expertise.
With integrity, honesty, and strong Christian values at the heart of everything they do, Dave and Stephanie attribute their continued growth to their faith and the support of their loved ones. They firmly believe in the principle of ‘You reap what you sow,’ and their journey is a testament to the power of dedication, faith, and hard work.

Our Full-Service Auction Expertise
A-to-Z Auction House is proud to be a full-service auction company specializing in large estate liquidations and general consignment. We handle everything from antiques and fine jewelry to household items and coins. Whether you’re downsizing, managing an estate, or looking to sell unique collectibles, we provide expert service tailored to your needs.
We accept consignments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1-5 PM or by appointment. For larger estates or clients in transition, we offer convenient auction pickup and cleanout services, making the process as seamless as possible.
